The largest industry players were franchise systems with uneven training, compensation and independent contractor agreements that benefited the franchise owners and not their business brokers or their clients. He believed there was an opportunity to build a company that would better serve clients with updated technology, marketing and customer service platforms that utilized the latest cloud technology.
