My Pitch

A generalist in the depth of market knowledge, and present commercial uses within the broader market, my field of specialty will focus in the analysis and application of uses within the field of industrial properties. However, I also have a respectable focus on the other commercial applications such as retail and office uses.


Most successful in the field of engineering and manufacturing management, with 36 years of application experience in analysis and application of systems and processes of a wide industrial nature, provides me with the tools that can be applied to the position with Sperry Van Ness in the analytical application of the brokerage of commercial real estate and most particularly in the field of industrial uses. My experience in the specialty field was gained through employment with such notable companies as Newell Rubbermaid, O'Sullivan Rubber (Gulfstream Division), Federal Mogul and Remy International.


Most recently my work with Keller Williams Real Estate, Invenio Marketing Solutions and Kern Motor Company, has rounded out my experience in the sales and marketing field.
