Julie A. Johnson, CCIM, has been a leader in healthcare real estate for over 25 years in the Phoenix Metropolitan area. She is a graduate of Arizona State University Engineering School and was the recipient of both a Regents Scholarship and a Phelps Dodge Corporate Scholarship. In 1992, she achieved the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation – often referred to as the Ph.D. of Commercial Real Estate.
Julie transitioned from engineering to advertising to the healthcare industry and has been integrally involved with healthcare’s growth and evolution. Her in-depth knowledge of healthcare delivery, hospitals, providers, medical properties, managed care, construction and many deep relationships within the industry make her an expert that many rely upon for landlord representation, tenant representation, senior housing site selection and healthcare investments real estate decisions for both medical office buildings and senior housing. The combination of Julie’s dedicated commitment to her clients along with her strong analytical skills in financial proformas result in her being one of the most qualified specialists in healthcare in the Phoenix market and a valuable member of any healthcare real estate team.

Julie was voted as one of the 2017’s Most Influential Women in Commercial Real Estate by AZRE Magazine and in 2018, she was honored with the Connect Media’s National Women in Real Estate Award.
