Mr. Horwitz joined Sperry Van Ness in January 2009 and specializes in the sales/leasing of office space, Buyer/Tenant representation, Owner/Landlord representation, REO and short sale transactions, and site selection and disposition for commercial office developments. In 2011, Justin was the top producer in the Phoenix Office and was a Top 50 Producer among all SVN agents nationwide. With his strong work ethic and commitment to client satisfaction, he has participated in the completion of more than 300 transactions over his seven year career and has represented approximately 750,000 square feet in office space.
Justin graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Business Management. He is an active member in CCIM, NAIOP, and Valley Partnership as well as charitable organizations such as National Multiple Sclerosis Society, American Cancer Association, the Pat Tillman Foundation, and he is the Sperry Van Ness Captain for Brokers for Kids.
