I have 22 years of professional sales experience with consistent achievements for excellence and performance. In the last 13 years in CRE, I've closed over 550 transactions with recognition by industry and civic leaders for exceptional service. From my 3rd party leasing responsibility of a 1.5 Million SF portfolio to working with Simon Property Group (SPG), to representing notable 3rd party clients including DDRS, Regency Centers & Ramco Gershenson, my focus has always been on retail. In and outside of the industry, I value proactive community service and exercising volunteer leadership. I've been the recipient of the CoStar Power Broker three times, and in 2015 was appointed by the Mayor of Knoxville to serve on the Business Advisory Council. I have served in leadership roles on numerous boards including President of the East Towne Business Alliance, & as a committee chair for the CEO Fellowship in Nashville, TN. I proudly serve on the serve on the government relations committee with the state leadership team for the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
