Prior to his appointment at Berger Commercial Realty Corp. (BCRC) / Corfac International in 2005, Keith Graves served as Vice President of CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) in the Brokerage Services Group and previously held positions with the national and publicly traded firms of Insignia-ESG, Inc. and Paragon Group, Inc. Mr. Graves specializes in providing strategic commercial and industrial real estate services including lease acquisition and disposition, market and site analysis, financial analysis, transaction structuring, and long-term strategic planning. Through his knowledge and experience he is able to create value added services for clients throughout the entire real estate process, from identifying specific client needs, to market analyses, lease/sale negotiations, as well as post closing services.
