My experience working on both sides of the table enables me to best represent my clients. Currently, my focus is on tenant rep office leasing and buyers and sellers of owner-occupied office properties. My focus is on listening to my clients' needs, finding the very best location and negotiating the most favorable deal terms. I stay on top of current market trends and dynamics and can assure my clients that they will be able to take advantage of any market concessions. I will be available to answer questions and guide the process from start to finish, and beyond. My duty does not end when the deal is done.
