I have clients in St. Clair, Madison, Clinton, Monroe, Lincoln and Franklin Counties in Illinois. Prior to specializing as a Broker in Commercial Real Estate, I previously held positions as the Director of Business Development for Quality Testing and Engineering, (a consulting environmental/geotechnical engineering firm) and as Director of Business Development for a land developer in Missouri. My tenacity, strong communication skills and knowledge of county/municipal/government building and zoning regulations and incentives enables her to effectively assist her clients as buyers, sellers and/or landlords/tenants. She has represented clients in the sale and purchase of hundreds of acres of farmland and investment buildings/properties. I have also leased several thousand square feet of office, retail and warehouse space. She has worked closely with clients to sell their business and property. I have also been featured in the Illinois Business Journal for my accomplishments in the commercial real estate industry.
