Full Profile

Lisa Christianson founded The Retail Marketing Group in 1991, a company focused on marketing shopping malls and neighborhood strip centers. She grew the company and sold it in 1996. From there she worked as an investment broker at Griffin Companies, a Minneapolis based commercial real estate firm. In 2001 Lisa formed Christianson & Company Commercial Real Estate Services. Lisa has been very active in several small business ventures as the owner and marketing specialist. She has been managing investment properties, including her own portfolio, since 1993 providing accounting, leasing, management, acquisition and disposition services. The experience gained and the relationships she's developed over the past 20+ years have proven to be great assets in ensuring smooth transactions for her clients. Lisa is tenacious about tenant representation enjoying the opportunity to work with other business owners to lease or buy space and help them understand how their choices affect their brand, employees, strategic plan, and budget. Lisa also oversees all of Christianson & Company's listings, emphasizing superior communication with property owners and maximizing marketing exposure for their properties. Lisa is a licensed real estate broker in both Minnesota and Florida. She is President of the Board of The Minnesota Association of Commercial Realtors (MNCAR), and sits on the Unity Bank Community Advisory Board. She is a member of the Minnesota Shopping Center Association, the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Metro IBA and the Women Presidents' Organization (WPO). In 2013 she was named one of the 51 most influential Women in Business by the Minneapolis St. Paul Business Journal. Truly passionate about helping to better the lives of children less fortunate, Lisa is Chairman of the Board of Connections to Independence (www.c2iyouth.org) and serves as a Guardian ad Litem in Hennepin County.

When she is not working, volunteering, or spending time with her husband and teenage son and daughter, you might find Lisa on the golf course, by the pool or on the beach in Southwest Florida.
