As a Chicago native, and an East Village resident for over 30 years, Manny provides an intimate knowledge of all neighborhood markets within all Chicagoland; in which he specializes. His business philosophy involves a mixture of strategic marketing, personalized one-on-one service and most importantly, hard work. Manny's personal motto of constant client commitment encompasses every aspect of my business philosophy. Manny understands that the buying, selling and/or leasing of commercial real estate involves a precise financial involvement; for which he has been trained by KW Commercial. Up to date, he has been involved in the sale/buying/investment of the following: multifamily; industrial real estate; retail; office space; land; business sales and hospitality. As your reliable and effective broker, catering to both the needs of English and Spanish-speaking clients, there is nothing more gratifying than transitioning his clients' goals into successful outcomes. Manny has also been an active consulting member of the Advisory Board for Walgreens Boots Alliance and was a member of the transitioning team responsible for opening pharmacies in hospitals located in downtown Chicago and for specialty pharmacies all throughout Chicagoland. Such experience helped him mold into a skilled and respected negotiator. He also has a passion for education and possesses a degree in chemistry and history from the University of Illinois in Chicago. He brings his "A" game when negotiating on behalf of his clients to help them achieve that perfect lease, sale and/or investment.
