I understand what you are looking for in a land tract; I live on my own farm which I enjoy riding my tractor, hunting and listening to the creek flow over the rocks. I've had experience with row crops, hay business, fencing, water wells, no till drills, soil testing, land finance, soil erosion, and barn construction. I've also had experience in commercial & residential land development, home construction, permitting, zoning, construction finance, survey, and engineering. I've been around the land and real estate business for 32 years and still feel I'm blessed to live/work what I enjoy.
