If your referral is new to commercial real estate in Arizona and doesn't already have a support team "on the ground", I can provide them with introductions to reliable, ethical professionals and vendors who will perform well for my clients. If your referral is a longtime client and you need a licensee in Arizona to get the deal done, I welcome your active participation in the deal and your referral fee will be higher than a hands-off referral. Finally, if you are a residential agent wanting to make a referral to an experienced commercial broker, you can be assured that I NEVER do residential transactions and you will earn a referral fee for any transactions I complete for your referral in perpetuity.
