Henry “Hank” A. Futch, Jr., CCIM is the Broker-In-Charge for KEY Groups’ brokerage operations in the Carolinas (Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates-KEY Group). Mr. Futch runs the office in Rock Hill and is licensed in both North and South Carolina. Mr. Futch has been in the commercial real estate industry for 14 years. He has experience as a leasing agent and development manager with several development and brokerage firms representing local, regional and national tenants in the retail, industrial and land sectors of commercial real estate. He specializes in tenant and landlord representation in the sale, lease and development of commercial property. In 2011, he earned the coveted CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. He is a member of the Commercial Investment Division of Charleston Trident Association of realtors that serves the Charleston, SC area. He is also a member of the Charlotte Region Board of Commercial Brokers that serves the Charlotte, NC metro area. Mr. Futch is also on the Board of Trustees for his alma mater, the College of Charleston, Class of ’88, and sits on the Budget and Finance committee as well as the Athletics, Development and Information and Technology Committees.
