In this role, Wayne is responsible for identifying new business
opportunities and generating leads across Southwest Florida.
His primary missions include boosting productivity through the
motivation, education and professional development of Southwest
Florida agents.
Wayne identifies new business opportunities that generates tenant
representation, leasing, and sales leads for the benefit of the Retail,
Office, Industrial, Land, Investment, and Special-Use Divisions.
He also serves as a public face of the Company to enhance business
development and corporate branding initiatives. This is achieved
through the execution of measurable goals, best practice strategies
and superior services.
He began his career with Sysco Food Service, gaining unparalleled
experience in the restaurant and distribution industries. Here,
Waynes successful leadership of a 450-person sales team drove
corporate sales from $190M to over $650M in just ten years!
