Jeremy Cyrier is the CEO and Founder of MANSARD, a Greater Boston area commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firm that he founded in 2007. Jeremy has grown the firm from 2 to 10 commercial real estate professionals as well as established MANSARD as one of the largest independently owned suburban Boston brokerage companies. Jeremy concentrates on office and industrial sales and leasing, providing exceptional results to individuals, families, businesses and institutions. He is a CCIM designee and Senior Instructor with the CCIM Institute. Jeremy provides superior performance for each client by listening first. Jeremy Cyrier served as the President of the New England CCIM Chapter in 2011 and is the 2010 Recipient of the Susan B. Groeneveld Award of Excellence, awarded by the CCIM Institute. He is one of Banker & Tradesman’s New Leaders of 2009 and serves on the Board of Directors of the CCIM Institute where he was the Technology Presidential Liaison under President Wayne D’Amico in 2013. Jeremy Cyrier has taught commercial real estate throughout the United States, has trained members of some of the country’s top commercial real estate brokerage firms, Fortune 100 companies, and U.S. State Department employees. Jeremy has been featured in Commercial and CIRE Magazine. He is the founder of CreInvestEd, a commercial real estate training company that helps private investors source, acquire, and harness the benefits that commercial real estate offers and is the author of the course “Start with Finding the Deal: How to Build a Fast, Steady Flow of Investment Opportunities.” Jeremy speaks French and German. He’s an avid sailor and athlete, having participated in the Chicago Marathon, Blazing Saddles Century, and Mt. Washington Century.
