Suzette LaGrange joined Colliers International in 2005 following a 10 year career with CB Richard Ellis. She has been involved in office and industrial lease transactions totaling more than 7 million square feet, building sales of nearly 7 million square feet, and the sale of over 400 acres of land. She has extensive experience in both office and industrial developments including land acquisitions, zoning, entitlements, design and planning, marketing, lease negotiations, and investment dispositions. She specializes in the sale of office buildings and industrial warehouse properties including investment sales, sale-lease back transactions, owner/user acquisitions, and build to suit transactions.
