Ralph Duarte is the Director of the Sperry Van Ness/ Miller Commercial office in Bethesda MD. His career in the real estate industry spans over 30 years with experience in every function of the business including information systems design. He received his BBA from Loyola University and MBA in Finance from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
Recognizing that professional development is a never ending obligation to his clients, he initiated the process and was awarded the coveted CCIM designation. Licensed as a real estate broker in the Mid Atlantic market (MD, DC) and specializes in investment and leasing services within the office and industrial property sector.
His approach is to first understand his client’s objectives and constraints, second, validate mutual expectations that are consistent with existing market opportunities and conditions, and third, execute the structured process to achieve the client’s goals. Knowledge, relationships, focused execution and determination are the basis for his client’s success.
Ralph is an active member of the CCIM Institute at the National and local chapter level. In 2009 he completed the J. W. Levine Leadership Academy and was subsequently elected to the Education Foundation Board of Directors and appointed to the Institute’s Finance Committee. His participation at the local level includes positions as President, Regional VP and is a current board member of CCIM Mid-Atlantic Chapter.
