Richard has been involved in the commercial and industrial construction industry for over 40 years in the Evansville and Tri-State area as well as numerous other states focusing on Client’s needs and uses for specific properties and/or facilities. He has had the privilege to gain experience in a wide range of responsibilities which includes Construction Management, Property Acquisition, Site Development, Engineering and Design, Building Code requirements as well as Marketing and Sales of properties. He has held an Indiana Real Estate License almost 10 years and focuses on Commercial and Industrial development, tenant Build-Out and sales. The Team Concept at The Martin Commercial Group, Inc. along with the nationally recognized Sperry Van Ness affiliation provides our Clients access to markets outside the immediate area as well as taking their properties to a much larger market. Our success is contributed to the philosophy of sharing our fees with other Brokerage firms to market our Clients' properties for maximum market exposure.
