Roberto Guilbet is the founder and President of Inwood Property Group. Roberto has over 25 years of Commercial & Residential real estate leasing experience within Manhattan and the Outer Boroughs. Roberto founded and managed Inwood Property Group back in 1993, where over time, he successfully leased over 250,000 square feet of retail, office, and medical space for a variety of Real estate families, owners and developers like, Bronstein Properties, Stellar Management, Madison Realty Capital and Prana Investments to name a few. As a result, Roberto is a diverse professional resource familiar with the complexities of structuring and closing complex leasing transactions. Roberto was born and raised in the Inwood section of Manhattan and is fluent in English and Spanish. Through the years he has taken part as a positive changing agent to the neighborhoods of Inwood, Washington Heights, Harlem, Manhattan’s Upper West side as well as the Bronx.
