Her skills include merchandise planning, strategy development, budget formulation, new business development, lease administration, and market analysis. Sherry is adept at building and maintaining strong relationships with tenants, retailers, brokers, and decision makers to achieve property goals. Sherry has built an accomplished career in the commercial real estate industry spanning mixed-used projects, high-end lifestyle centers, mid to high-end regional/super regional malls, outlet projects and power centers. She has previously served as Vice President in real estate management firms, real estate development companies, and a real estate investment trust. Sherry brings this extensive knowledge and experience to her partnership with Eureka Business Group and will be helping our customers sell and acquire multifamily properties in the Dallas – Fort Worth metro.
