Sid is a graduate of Fordham University, NY, with a master of business administration. Bhatt received the coveted Certified Commercial Investment Member designation in 2010. He also holds a certificate of professional development from the University of Pennsylvania – The Wharton School. Bhatt has enjoyed success in investment banking, working with private placement transactions. His activity in structured real estate projects has led to the implementation of more than $75 million in private placement transactions for overseas investors. “I understand something about the total solution from a capital markets point of view: equity, debt and the actual development of the real estate,” Bhatt said. “Having a financing background allows me to understand objections and other issues I may run into. I’m glad to have that experience.” Bhatt’s record was particularly impressive at a New York-based investment firm, where he produced high, six-figure earnings annually. In one major deal, he raised capital for a Big River Steel high-tech manufacturing facility in Arkansas – the largest industrial project in the state’s history. Before becoming a commercial broker, Bhatt worked 20 years in sales and marketing management. During that time, he helped establish prominent corporate real estate projects across the United States and Canada.
