I have been active in Chicago's commercial real estate brokerage and development business since 1988 and started ChicagoBroker.com in 1991. I created ChicagoBroker.com as a platform for other like minded, independent and experienced agents to provide their clients with state of the art resources and the technology and tools to help them attain their real estate goals.
My experience includes both retail and office tenant and landlord representation. In an average year I will complete 40-50 transactions of all sizes.
Typically the clients we represent are entrepreneurs, tech companies and small to mid sized closely held businesses, professional service firms, dot coms and start ups.
My background as a real estate developer, investor, property manager and leasing agent often times helps me to bridge the gaps in transactions and suggest solutions that get missed by less experienced brokers.
