Original Post:

A client owns a couple year old Krystal Company net lease deal with 15+ years still on the lease.  They stopped paying rent in November and said the store is "under review".  Obviously, this reason or most reasons for that matter does not give them the right to not pay rent. We have checked and are watching the news and see they are going through management changes.

Anybody else having rent payment issues with Krystal?   Any rumors of bankruptcy?
