Trish Pappano is a real estate professional with expertise in renewable energy project development. Ms Pappano is a Certified International Property Specialist with the National Board of Realtors®, holding real estate licenses in the states of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. She also provides advisory consulting services for real estate transactions, utility-scale renewable energy project development and finance, PPA structures for commercial and industrial facilities, and strategic green data center development. Since 2008, she has also been President of Quantus Energy, which specializes in solar equipment procurement, renewable energy consulting and real estate advisory services, and is certified as nationally recognized Women’s Business Enterprise with WBENC, WOSB, SEPTA, State of PA, and the State of NJ.
