TUYEN NGUYEN, Vice President of Trandai Realty, an Illinois-Licensed Real Estate Broker and a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) candidate. She has over 8 years of experience in real estate, combined with a successful background in Information Technology. After receiving her bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University – Chicago in 2003, she has always had a strong interest in real estate and attained her Illinois Broker’s License the same year. While working as an IT System Administrator, she began focusing on commercial real estate in property investments and retail leasing. Her portfolio contains Landlord & Tenant Representations of Nail Salon, Restaurant, Used-Car Dealership, Office, Mixed-Used, Multi- Family, and Warehouse. Tuyen owns and manages several of her investment properties. She is also co-owner of Rockford Premier Auto Sales.
