Warehousing: - Distribution: 100,000 square feet and above. - Storage: 200,000 square feet and above. 6. Land: - Size: 20+ acres. - Zoning: Commercially zoned and entitled. Residential zoning ok. Please note that for hotel, warehousing, and land, properties must have a minimum value of $20 million. We are open to opportunities in various locations, with a preference for major MSAs.
