Form of limited seller representation?
I will be representing a commercial owner who has received an unsolicited LOI through a national chain retailer's broker to purchase his property (he will be exiting and closing his QSR business). I am looking for a form representation agreement that excludes the marketing and showing functions. My duties will include everything required of a broker upon receiving an LOI. If you are so inclined, any words of wisdom regarding such will be much appreciated.
