We are a team of investors and have up to $2 Billion to spend and are looking for Off-Market Hotels full service 200 units in medium to large metro areas. 100+ unit apartments (no war zones) with substantial upside/value add 8%+ cap, 100+ units self storage units (no war zones) 8%+ cap, mobile home park 100+ units and 8+ cap.
We also like distressed retail plazas 30,000+ net leasable area.
We like old motels 100+ units that we can convert to workforce housing with a very low per door cost (no war zones).
