Richard Gold has been working in commercial real estate for more than 20 years. He started his career in New York City as the General Manager of a chain of upscale health clubs, where responsibilities included planning capital projects and negotiating new acquisitions and leases.
After moving to Connecticut, Richard worked as the Property Manager for a local YMCA while taking classes for his real estate license.
