Dan Morris is a Senior Vice President and co-founder of PMW Realty Partners specializing in sales and leasing of commercial properties. His primary focus is Industrial, office, self storage, and land properties throughout Dallas/Ft. Worth and Texas. Mr. Morris also has assisted both creditors and debtors in complex Chapter 11 Bankruptcy cases involving property transactions. He has completed over $100 Million in property sales and lease transactions since obtaining his license in 2013. On an annual basis Mr. Morris has consistently proven to be a top producer. Prior to co-founding PMW Realty Partners, Mr. Morris worked with SVN Dunn Commercial for over 6 years. In 2018 and 2019 Mr. Morris was awarded the top producer award for sales and leasing with over $20 million annually in transactions. This 2018 accomplishment named him one of the top 100 Advisors for all of SVN International, and the prestigious Presidents Circle Award. In 2019 Mr. Morris received top producer award and an achiever award from SVN International along with the SVN Certified Industrial Specialist designation. Mr. Morris is very tenacious and professional, and provides his clients a no nonsense approach to transactions. Dan provides personalized service and leverages his market and industry experience to navigate the most complicated transactions for his clients. Mr. Morris also has experience in complex bankruptcy cases involving real estate. Prior to joining the commercial real estate industry, Mr. Morris owned and operated a successful heavy equipment sales and leasing company, and spent eight years as a commercial real estate developer. This provided Mr. Morris vast experience in construction, land valuation processes, and navigating city, county, and state regulatory requirements. This expertise allows Mr. Morris to understand the unique needs of each of his clients and provide value and consultation beyond that of the average real estate broker. Mr. Morris graduated Magna Cum Laude from Northwood University with two bachelor degrees in Information Technology and Business Administration. After graduation, he worked at Halliburton Industries for five years as a network systems analyst. Mr. Morris is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, North Texas Commercial Associations of Realtors. Mr. Morris is an avid scuba diver, fisherman, and hunter who loves to travel. He is also an active philanthropist and has been a member of Dallas Children’s Charities since 2011. He currently lives in Southlake, Texas with his two children.
