David Hall, CCIM is President and Chief Executive Officer of CORE Commercial Properties, Inc. David works on the sale and leasing of office, retail and industrial properties throughout the Greater Seattle Metro market. He began his career in 1994 as a sales associate with Iwado Realty in Maui, Hawaii and quickly became project director for several large properties. In 1999 David moved to Seattle to start his own company, CORE Commercial Properties, Inc. His talents for business management and marketing skills as well as expertise in all aspects of real estate help to guide the growth of CORE Commercial Properties, Inc. David is a trusted adviser to investors, developers, owners and tenants of commercial and investment properties. David is a Notary Public, Designated Broker and obtained his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2003 to better serve his clients and investors. David is intimately knowledgeable with the Greater Seattle Commercial Real Estate Market and brings with him a solid base of specialized skills and real world experience. In addition to his real estate activities David holds his Private Pilots license with a seaplane rating and is in the process of obtaining his helicopter license.
