Full Profile

Eric, a Gainesville resident since 1997, first came to Gator nation as a student. Falling in love with Gainesville’s big city thrill with small town charm, he decided to permanently make Gainesville his home. In 2009, Eric met his wife, Anna, and they are currently expecting their first child, a baby boy. Eric is still an avid tennis player and plays for a highly ranked USTA tennis team. Ligman is also a huge fishing enthusiast and takes great pride in his home’s 180 gallon salt water reef aquarium that he cares for himself. At home, Eric loves to spend time with his wife and the family’s four adorable rescue dogs and feisty feline pal.
