My wife and I founded MAP Real Estate, Inc., a boutique commercial tenant-rep firm, in 1986. In 1995, we began a program called Investing In Communities® (IIC®) to see if we could generate business through philanthropy. The experiment worked.
In 2009, we began to transform IIC into a powerful multi-purpose tool - built by brokers for brokers and salespeople, as a low-cost discretionary way to generate business with higher-profit. And, IIC is also good for the world!
Investing In Communities is now an independent web-based social enterprise incorporated as an IL 501(c)(4), able to operate in Canada, Mexico, and the U.S., promoting real estate Members as community heroes, each time they use the tool.
