Paul Ray Smith, Jr. has been a licensed real estate associate since 1985, specializing in the leasing, sales and management of retail, office and industrial properties throughout Lexington, Central and Southeastern Kentucky.


Upon graduating from Centre College with a B.A. in Economics and Management, Smith began his career in commercial real estate brokerage by accepting a position with a commercial real estate firm in Lexington. In March of 1987, he joined NAI Isaac as a leasing/sales associate.


Since that time, Smith has gained experience and market knowledge in the leasing, sales and management of office, retail, and industrial projects in the Central, Eastern and Southeastern areas of Kentucky. Smith has earned the confidence and trust of many top companies while assisting them in attaining their real estate goals.


Smith is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), NAI’s Retail Council and other commercial real estate associations and organizations. Smith presently serves as the ICSC Kentucky State Operation Chair for 2012-2013. Smith served as the ICSC Kentucky State Retail Chair in 2011-2012.
