I am the Founder and Managing Director of US Commercial Real Estate Advisors. I oversee a national team of highly skilled and professional Commercial Real Estate Agents who specialize in various product types throughout the US. Our product type coverage includes Hotels, Retail (Single Tenants, Strip Centers and Shopping Centers), and Multifamily. I have personally sold across property types but specialize in the acquisition and disposition of Hotels, Multifamily and Single Tenant Investment Properties throughout the United States. Paul has a proven track record of closing difficult transactions and has the ability to move capital across state lines. He has qualified and closed transactions with local buyers as well as buyers both nationally and internationally. Paul drives value to each listing transaction by understanding the intricacies of each property, using appropriate underwriting, and by maximizing the properties exposure on a national, local and international level. He gives the utmost attention to detail and is determined to maximize his clients value regardless of the size of the transaction.
