After a decade spent at Cushman & Wakefield on the Industrial Brokerage team, Jessica recently transitioned to Lee & Associates in 2024 where she is as a founding principal & will lead the team's industrial practice. Jessica began her career in Washington, DC in the commercial real estate field with focus in property & asset management after graduating from the West Virginia University in 2007 with her Bachelor's in Science from the College of Media / Journalism.
