Sabine Shea joined Christianson & Company in 2014 with more than 15 years of experience in financial management and business leadership. Her experience includes financial reporting and analysis, systems set-up and integration, budgets, tax audits and investment property analysis. At Christianson & Company, Sabine will be focusing on Retail Brokerage as well as Investment Sales. In addition to her work at Christianson & Company, Sabine has been the CFO, Partner and Treasurer of Tanek Inc. in Minneapolis, Minnesota since 1999. At Tanek Inc. she is one of the Board Members and she oversees the financial management of the company. Sabine has been an investor and owner of commercial real estate since 2002 and is actively involved in acquisition, negotiation, accounting, managing and leasing of her entities. Through her affiliations, Sabine has been involved in a variety of commercial real estate projects. Sabine maintains solid relationships within the Real Estate community and she has worked with Accountants, Lawyers, Bankers, Investors, Builders and Architects that specialize in Commercial Real Estate. Sabine adds significant value to her clients through her solid financial background and expertise. She has a proven track record as a successful small business owner and investor in commercial real estate. Sabine is diligent, detail oriented, organized and results driven. Sabine graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a B.A. in Finance. She is a member of Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors, Minnesota Shopping Center Association, International Council of Shopping Centers and is actively involved with the local CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) Chapter. Sabine is a CCIM candidate. Sabine enjoys traveling, especially to her home country Germany, cooking, skiing and jogging, as well as spending time with friends and family or with a good book. Sabine looks forward to volunteering time to Connections to Independence, which is one of the Christianson & Company sponsored non-profit organizations.
