Full Profile

Marilyn Fritze joined Christianson & Company in 2015, bringing more than 8 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. At Christianson & Company, Marilyns focus is on transaction details and client relations. Prior to joining Christianson & Company, Marilyn was at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), where a large portion of her time was spent on property marketing, financial analysis, and sale and leasing transactions. Prior to JLL, Marilyn worked for CBRE. Marilyn also has an extensive marketing background, working in several industries as a marketing executive. Marilyn graduated from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management with a B.S. in Business/Finance. She is a member of Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR) and Minnesota Commercial Real Estate Women (MNCREW). Marilyn enjoys golfing, traveling, cooking, fishing, and spending time with her husband and children. Marilyn often volunteers her time and fundraises for a variety of non-profit organizations.
